Mark Bolender moved to Santa Clarita Valley in 1989. At that time, he was attending UCLA to get his real estate education. He received his sale's person license in 1990 and went to work for RE/MAX of Santa Clarita. In 1994 he was awarded his broker license. His partner systems coordinator, Cindee also received her broker license the same year. In 1995 he received his certification to be a residential specialist. In 1997, he was awarded the coveted "Hall of Fame" award from RE/MAX International. Over the last 18 years, Mark has helped hundreds of individuals and families find homes or sell theirs. He is known in the industry for his high standard of ethics, details, service and knowledge of technology. After working together with Cindee for 17 years, mark and Cindee became married in a private ceremony in Beverly Hills on May, 1st, 2007. Late in 2008, Mark was certified as an expert in handling short sales and foreclosures. Mark and Cindee are valuable players in the short sale and foreclosure markets. Their love of economics and politics has kept them at the forefront of the changing real estate markets. In their spare time, Mark and Cindee work as volunteers at the local animal shelters.
